Abstract:

After reviewing the natural origins of the Moral code as well as those of the Concept of Natural law as „Minimum of moral”, the author outlines the evolution of the relation between Natural law, law and justice, specially from the point of view of the unalienable rights upon the body’s integrity. Naturally, the relation between Natural law and Human rights is outlined than made concrete in principles of law in a state of right. Further, the author discusses the way to anticipate the positive right through scientific knowledge in Material law, as well as in Criminal law. Proposals of lege ferenda will prove the outstanding role of Law throgh Bioethics declarations and conventions in this area.
