Rezumat:

In the present article, the author has made a short analysis of the juridical characters of the Civil Society Contract, with practical application regarding Professional Civil Bar Association, settled by the Law nr. 51/1995 and of the Attorny’s By-Laws.

In this analysis the author drawed attention especially towards the character of juridic person of the civil society mentioned above and towards the written form of the contract, as a condition ad validitatem.

The author makes proposals of lege ferenda specifically in the meaning of introducing in the juridic person cathegory of the Professional Civil Bar Association.
