Abstract:

In our system of law exists a special type of private property called temporary property. This kind of property does not affect the absolute character of the right of ownership and does not affect its perpetual character.

The thesis of temporary ownership could be a juridical solution for eliminating all the bad points that can result from all the special types of property, and also can ensure an easy circulation of all goods that can be the object of contracts, and can ensure the necessary security of transactions. All of these are the wishes of our social and juridical life.
