Abstract:

The tissues, organs and reproductive cells or embryos donation (aiming both, the scientific research and therapeutic finality) constitute the subject of numerous dispositions of comparative biolaw.

The authors mainly have in view the bioethic bases of the embryos’ juridical status, taking into consideration the necessity of a new national legislation and de lege ferenda propositions.
