Abstract:

Having surveyed the evolution and the present clinical criminology constitution (a discipline dealing mostly with the author’s personality), the relations between criminology and legal psychiatry are taken into consideration and scientifical statute of the latter on. Arguments about the normal relations of contiguity between the two fields are given along with the contribution they bring in evaluation of the psychic discernment when confrunted with an imputable deed.
