| The Scientific Committee of the Scientific Bulletin will make an initial selection of all received manuscripts. The selected papers will be reviewed by at least two reviewers, based on anonymity.
The Scientific Bulletin practices a strict peer review process based on anonimity, that is the author's name is not disclosed to the peer reviewer, and the other way around. Each paper is reviewed by at least two peer reviewers. Each work is analyzed as quickly as possible, and an editorial decision is usually made within 4-6 weeks after the submission.
After the peer review, the response can be: acceptance as it is; acceptance with minor changes, and the requirement to submit the work again after performing the suggested changes or rejection. If the article is sent again for publication, after correction, this is referred to the initial peer reviewers to evaluate its new form.
If one reviewer supports the acceptance and the other one the rejection of the article, it gets sent for analysis to other two reviewers. If a decission whether to accept or reject the article still can not be reached, the chief editor decides if the article is accepted after changes or rejected, depending on compliance with the editorial policy and the positive aspects identified by the reviewers.
2. Types of accepted papers The Scientific Bulletin publishes articles, comments and reviews. Articles should usually be between 8,000 and 10,000 words (including footnotes), but larger or smaller papers may be accepted based on their merits.
The editorial board may invite authors to publish articles on a certain theme and the received articles undergo the peer review process.
The ideas for the reviews are sent directly to the chief editor at
