The Scientific Bulletin of "Mihail Kogălniceanu" University aims at presenting and disseminating the results of scientific research in various fields, such as Law, History, Political Science, International Relations, European Studies, Communication Science, Public Relations, Geography. By publishing the Bulletin, the University promotes the values and principles underlying the act of teaching and research, in a free society. By editing the Bulletin, the University asserts its vocation, as an academic and research institution, and provides an appropriate framework for cooperation between its experts and researchers from other Romanian and foreign institutions.

    The Scientific Bulletin of the "Mihail Kogălniceanu" University will continue to certify the international vocation of the University, as evidenced by its Editorial Board, which includes several outstanding Romanian and foreign academics, and by the contributors’ scientific reputation.
